Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as “Pre-Order” are made to order and may take an additional 2–3 weeks beyond our normal processing and shipping times. You will receive tracking details as soon as your pre-ordered item is fulfilled and shipped.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship once all items are ready — unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Local Pickup (Aledo, TX only) 1–2 business days Free

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Aledo, TX area. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1–2 business days. Pickups will be coordinated through our facility at Frontrunner Fieldhouse.

Domestic Shipping Only (U.S.)

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update.

Delays or Lost Packages

While we strive for on-time delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Weather or natural disasters
